党中央将加快经济增长方式和贸易增长方式的转变作为落实科学发展观和扩大对外开放的重要举措。内蒙古的经济增长主要靠资金、劳动力的高投入走资源开发的路子,要实现资源大区向经济强区的历史跨越,就必须成功转变外贸增长方式。本文以内蒙古外贸增长方式的转变为基点,通过对内蒙古外贸粗放式增长的判断,探讨了转变外贸粗放式增长方式的途径。
The Central Party Committee will speed up the transformation of the mode of economic growth and the mode of trade growth as an important measure for implementing the scientific concept of development and for expanding opening up to the outside world. Inner Mongolia’s economic growth mainly relies on capital and labor resources to take the path of resource development. To achieve a historical leap forward from a resource-intensive area to an economically strong area, it is necessary to successfully transform the mode of foreign trade growth. Based on the change of Inner Mongolia’s foreign trade growth mode, this paper, through the judgment of the extensive growth of Inner Mongolia’s foreign trade, explores the ways of transforming the extensive growth mode of foreign trade.
