船舶投资决策是关系到航运企业生存和发展的重要的战略决策。本文简要介绍了船舶投资决策,建立并分析了船舶投资方案的评价指标,最后运用运筹学中的多目标规划法建立了船舶投资决策多目标规划模型。
Ship investment decision-making is related to the survival and development of shipping enterprises an important strategic decision. This paper briefly introduces the investment decision of the ship, establishes and analyzes the evaluation index of the ship investment plan, and finally establishes the multi-objective planning model of the ship’s investment decision-making by using the multiobjective programming method in operations research.
