采用双锥体展开轮进行钢球表面自动检测的工作原理已经有人写过文章,本文寻求尽可能准确的运动分析方法。本文分三部分,第一部分几何分析,求出了钢球与左、右锥轮啮合点的准确位置。第二部分速度分析研究了钢球瞬时角速度、球心运动线速度和展开轮轴的角速度随转角的变化情况。第三部分轨迹分析研究了检测头相对钢球的运动轨迹推导了全部公式并与微电脑连结的自动绘图机绘出图形。本文为进一步完善该仪器设计提供了理论根据。
The working principle of using the double-cone wheel to automatically detect the surface of a steel ball has been written by someone. This article seeks to find the best possible method of motion analysis. This article is divided into three parts, the first part of the geometric analysis, obtained the exact position of the ball and the left and right cone meshing point of engagement. The second part of the velocity analysis of the ball instantaneous angular velocity, the center of the ball linear velocity and the angular velocity of the wheel with the corner changes. The third part of the trajectory analysis of the test head relative to the ball trajectory derived all formulas and micro-computer linked to the automatic plotter to draw graphics. This article provides a theoretical basis for further improvement of the instrument design.
