目的 了解新生儿重度缺氧缺血性脑病时,脑、肾的实际灌流状态。方法 采用美国Acuson-128电脑声像仪测定颈内动脉和肾动脉血流速度,探头5MHz。新生儿重度缺氧缺血性脑病组12例,正常组14例。结果患儿颈内动脉和肾动脉血流的平均血流速度、最大流速较正常组均降低。结论 连续动态测定颈内动脉和肾动脉血流速度,对评价新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病的发生及预后有一定的参考意义。
Objective To understand the actual perfusion state of brain and kidney in neonates with severe hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy. Methods The blood flow velocity of internal carotid artery and renal artery was measured by Acuson-128 computer imager in the United States. The probe was 5MHz. 12 cases of severe neonatal hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy group, 14 cases of normal group. Results The average velocity of blood flow and the maximum velocity of blood flow in internal carotid artery and renal artery in children were lower than those in normal group. Conclusion Continuous dynamic measurement of internal carotid artery and renal artery blood flow velocity, the evaluation of neonatal hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy occurrence and prognosis of a certain reference value.
