针对核电站硼回收处理系统蒸发塔的实况和试验塔的放大效应,分析确定了影响蒸发塔中汽液两相接触过程的主要参数,并由此提出了原型塔与试验塔的相似准则;对试验塔设计时直接采用了与原型塔相同的塔板结构参数,由于试验介质和操作温度压力相同,自行满足了放大准则的要求,然后利用其余准则计算确定了满足放大要求的试验塔的塔径、回流液量和蒸汽量;通过对试验结果进行分析,论证了试验塔设计的正确性与合理性。
According to the actual situation of the evaporation tower of the boron recovery and treatment system of the nuclear power station and the amplification effect of the test tower, the main parameters that influence the contact process of vapor-liquid two-phase in the evaporation tower are analyzed and determined, and the similar criteria of the prototype tower and the test tower are proposed.
