在我国炼铁能耗中燃料能耗约占90%,其余10%是电力、鼓风、水及蒸汽等等。二次能源的回收基本上仅限于回收高炉煤气,炉渣显热、热风炉废气显热、煤气显热、余压才开始回收,二次能源的回收利用尚处于开始阶段。 从能源消耗的结构来看降低炼铁燃料比的关健是以降低燃料消耗为主,同时要抓紧降低工序能耗和大力开展二次能源的回收。
The energy consumption of ironmaking in China accounts for about 90% of energy consumption, the remaining 10% is electricity, blast, water and steam and so on.
