Objective To investigate the contents of 8 minerals (calcium, potassium, sodium, magnesium and trace elements zinc, iron, selenium and copper) and 3 kinds of toxic elements (lead, arsenic and cadmium) in the milk of primipara and primipara in Shenzhen. To assess the nutritional status of 8 kinds of constant elements and trace elements and 3 kinds of toxic elements in this area. Methods A total of 60 breast milk samples of primipara from the third week to the second month of age from 20 to 35 years of age who lived in Shenzhen for more than 5 years were collected from July to October in 2007. Inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry and inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry Determination of calcium, potassium, sodium, magnesium and trace elements zinc, iron, selenium, copper and toxic elements of lead, arsenic and cadmium in breast milk. Results The average content of calcium, potassium, sodium and magnesium in eight kinds of minerals and heavy metals in breast milk were 280.22, 498.61, 188.65 and 28.31 mg / L, respectively. The average contents of trace elements zinc, iron, selenium and copper Respectively, 2.29mg / L, 358.88μg / L, 8.28μg / L and 339.16μg / L, the average content of lead is 2.13μg / L. Arsenic and cadmium levels were less than 0.005μg / L. Conclusion Compared with IAEA standards and some regional survey results in China, the average contents of 7 elements in calcium, potassium, sodium, magnesium and zinc, iron and copper of breast milk in Shenzhen are basically reasonable, and the pollution of arsenic and cadmium Low levels, but the presence of trace elemental selenium deficiency and heavy metals lead pollution.
