本文对76例痛风肾患者血、尿β_2-m的变化进行了观察,探讨β_2-m检测在痛风肾的临床应用价值。 对象和方法 一、对象: (一)正常对照组;正常人35例(男19,女16),平均年龄33岁,均为本院健康体检者。 (二)痛风肾组:痛风肾患者67例,门诊就诊45例,住院病人22例,年龄为38～(?) 二、仪器和方法:测量仪器为西安二六二厂生产的FJ-2008P全自动γ免疫计数仪。试剂盒由中国原子能研究院提供,按说明书操作。 结果 检测结果见表1。
In this paper, 76 cases of gouty patients with blood and urine β_2-m changes observed to explore β_2-m detection of gouty kidney clinical value. Subjects and methods First, the object: (A) normal control group; normal 35 cases (19 male and 16 female), mean age 33 years old, are hospital health examination. (2) Gouty kidney group: 67 patients with gouty kidney, 45 outpatients and 22 hospitalized patients with an age of 38 ~ (?). 2. Instruments and Methods: The measuring instruments were FJ-2008P Automatic gamma immunization counter. Kits provided by China Institute of Atomic Energy, according to instructions. The results of test results in Table 1.
