几年来,我矿遵照毛主席关于“开发矿业”的伟大教导,认真贯彻“采掘并举,掘进先行”方针,坚持以采促掘,以掘保采,三级矿量保持国家规定标准,做到了采掘平衡,矿石持续大增产。矿石总产量逐年增长率达12％左右,1972年总产量比无产阶级文化大革命前翻了一番多。在人员没有增加的情况下,实现了矿山生产持续跃进。
