在现代企业发展过程中,企业文化建设是企业可持续发展的关键。企业文化不仅与企业的发展历史相关,更与企业的实际经营情况有着重要的关联,也就是与企业的财务管理目标有着重要的联系。本文通过对企业文化和财务管理目标的介绍,分析二者之间的相互联系,并通过实际例证进行分析验证,提高企业管理者对企业文化建设的重视程度,帮助企业更科学地发展企业文化。
In the process of modern enterprise development, corporate culture is the key to sustainable development of enterprises. Corporate culture is not only related to the history of the development of the enterprise, but also has an important connection with the actual business operations of the enterprise, that is, it has an important connection with the financial management objectives of the enterprise.
