本刊记者:徐副市长,幸会。感谢您在百忙中接受我们的采访。我们对于中国古文化的发祥地之一、古宋国的国都商丘素怀景仰与神往,但这次从天津远道来访,却无暇凭吊历史,发思古之幽情;而主要是,1989年第5期我们《经营与管理》杂志发表了您与孙奎连同志合写的《承包不能代替管理》的文章后,在读者中颇有反响。现在,正值第一轮企业承包到期,新一轮承包开始之际,想听听您对此有何新的见解。
Journalist: Deputy Mayor Xu, I’m glad to meet you. Thank you for your busy schedule for our interview. We have been admiring and fascinated by one of the birthplaces of Chinese ancient culture and the capital of the ancient Song Dynasty, Shangqiu, but this time we visited from a faraway road in Tianjin, but we have no time to pay much attention to history and think about ancient times. Mainly, in the fifth period of 1989 we “Operations and Management” magazine published an article on “The Contract Cannot Replace Management” written by Sun Kui together with Zhi, and it has a lot of reactions among readers. Now, as the first round of corporate contracting is due and the new round of contracting begins, I would like to hear what new insights you have about this.
