基于Browser/Serve三层浏览器/服务器的网络数据库模式,规划和设计了面向航空结构件的热处理工艺资源库,包括热处理工艺规则资源库、热处理工艺决策资源库、热处理工艺参数数据库和热处理工艺装备图片库等。对航空结构件热处理生产过程中的质量检验与控制、工艺参数的制定以及工艺装备的选择等项目进行了信息化管理,不仅能缩短生产周期,还为热处理CAPP系统的开发和应用提供基础,对改善企业技术与管理水平、提高市场竞争力起十分重要的作用。
