由上海石油化工研究院和中山大学共同承担的国家“九五”重点科技攻关项目“新型茂钛间规聚苯乙烯催化剂的研究”专题日前在北京通过了中国石油化工集团公司组织的专家鉴定验收。该专题进行了高效新型茂钛间规聚苯乙烯催化剂的研制、苯乙烯间规聚合工艺和聚合反应工程的研究,在适当聚合工艺条件下,首次得到聚苯乙烯(SPS)粉体,已申请中国发明专利22项,其中4项获得授权。该催化剂在较低铝钛比(MAO/Ti=200)的情况下,仍显示较高的催化效率(可达13.5kgSPS/gTi),属国内领先,并达到国外同类催化剂的先进水平。
The national “Ninth Five-Year Plan” key scientific and technological projects jointly undertaken by Shanghai Petrochemical Research Institute and Sun Yat-Sen University “Studies on the New Type of Titanium Syndiotactic Polystyrene Catalyst” were approved by the China Petroleum & Chemical Corporation in Beijing several days ago. The catalyst still shows a high catalytic efficiency (up to 13.5kgSPS/gTi) at a low Al/Ti ratio (MAO/Ti=200), which is a leading domestic product and reaches the advanced level of similar foreign catalysts.
