以自移机尾前移的带式输送机为研究对象,利用AMESim软件建立其动力学仿真模型。通过仿真得到机头驱动滚筒松边的张力、速度和加速度曲线,以及变频调速自动张紧装置游动小车的张力、速度和位移曲线。研究结果表明,机头驱动滚筒松边未出现打滑现象,该张紧装置能够很好地控制带式输送机的紧带,避免了机头驱动滚筒松边打滑事故的发生。
Taking the belt conveyor moving forward and tailing forward as the research object, the dynamic simulation model was established by AMESim software. The tension, velocity and acceleration curves of the head-driven drum loose edge are obtained by simulation. The tension, velocity and displacement curves of the traveling trolley of the automatic frequency control automatic tensioner are obtained. The results show that the slippage of the head-driven roller does not occur, and the tensioning device can control the tightness of the belt conveyor well, avoiding the slippery side of the head-driven roller.
