利用离体灌注肾(IPK)技术,观察了冬虫夏草(虫草)对肾脏的直接作用。结果表明,虫草的作用与其浓度有密切关系;当虫草液浓度为0.5g/L时,能明显增加实验组的菊糖清除率,降低其血管阻力;同时虫草实验组的钠钾离子转运量明显增加;1.0g/L的虫草则对菊糖清除率影响不明显,而血管阻力呈降低趋势。此外,虫草实验络的乳酸脱氢酶释放率低于对照组。而其葡萄糖异生能力明显优于对照组,肾皮质匀浆中MDA含量亦呈减少的超过。说明虫草除去能明显影响肾血流动力学外.还能改善肾组织能量代谢,减轻细胞的损伤。
Using an IPK technique, direct effects of Cordyceps sinensis on the kidneys were observed. The results showed that the effect of Cordyceps sinensis was closely related to its concentration. When the concentration of Cordyceps militaris was 0.5 g/L, the inulin clearance rate of the experimental group was significantly increased and the vascular resistance was decreased. Meanwhile, the sodium and potassium ion transport capacity of the Cordyceps experiment group was also observed. Significantly increased; 1.0g/L Cordyceps has no significant effect on the clearance of inulin, but the vascular resistance is decreasing. In addition, the lactate dehydrogenase release rate of the Cordyceps experiment was lower than that of the control group. The gluconeogenesis ability was significantly better than that of the control group, and the content of MDA in the renal cortex homogenate also decreased. Description Cordyceps removal can significantly affect renal hemodynamics. It can also improve the energy metabolism of kidney tissue and reduce cell damage.
