目的探讨分析后腹腔镜肾上腺肿瘤切除术的临床疗效。方法 60例肾上腺肿瘤患者,按治疗方法不同分为观察组(40例)和对照组(20例)。观察组接受后腹腔镜肾上腺肿瘤切除术治疗,对照组接受开放开腹手术治疗,对两组患者的手术时间、术中出血量、术后引流管留置时间、术后住院时间以及并发症发生情况进行比较。结果观察组患者的手术时间、术中出血量、术后引流管留置时间以及术后住院时间均少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。观察组出现1例切口感染患者,并发症发生率为2.5%,对照组出现4例切口感染患者,并发症发生率为20.0%;两组并发症发生率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论后腹腔镜肾上腺肿瘤切除术的手术视野较为清晰,手术时间以及术中出血量、并发症均相对较少,可将其作为治疗肾上腺肿瘤的首选手术方式,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of retroperitoneal laparoscopic adrenalectomy. Methods 60 cases of adrenal tumors were divided into observation group (40 cases) and control group (20 cases) according to different treatment methods. The observation group received retroperitoneal laparoscopic adrenalectomy and the control group received open laparotomy. The operation time, intraoperative blood loss, postoperative drainage tube indwelling time, postoperative hospital stay and complications Compare. Results The operation time, intraoperative blood loss, postoperative drainage tube indwelling time and postoperative hospital stay in the observation group were all less than those in the control group, with significant difference (P <0.01). In the observation group, 1 incision infection occurred, the complication rate was 2.5%, 4 cases of incision infection in the control group, the complication rate was 20.0%; the complication rate of the two groups was statistically significant (P <0.05 ). Conclusions The surgical field of retroperitoneal laparoscopic adrenalectomy is relatively clear. The operation time, intraoperative blood loss and complications are relatively low, which may be the first choice for the treatment of adrenal tumors. It is worthy of clinical application.
