简述了用 WGF- 1型和 WJF- D型微机式金属材质检测自动线快速鉴别与分选金属热处理状态的检测原理和应用实例。结果表明 ,用 WGF- 1仪和 WJF- D自动线均可成功鉴别与分选金属的退火态、正火态、淬火态、回火态和时效态等热处理状态 ,并同时能检测其硬度值。检测速度可达 15 0 0～ 2 5 0 0件 /h
The detection principle and application examples of using WGF-1 and WJF-D microcomputer automatic detection and automatic identification and sorting of metal heat treatment are briefly described. The results show that the WGF-1 and WJF-D automatic lines can successfully identify and sort the annealing state, normalizing state, quenched state, tempered state, tempered state and aging state of the metal and can simultaneously detect the hardness value. Detection speed up to 15 0 0 ~ 2500 pieces / h
