采用ABAQUS有限元计算和应力测试的方法给出了高等级P92钢热压三通模拟服役状态下的应力分布规律和受力薄弱区域。利用非破坏状态下的多区域硬度金相检测的方法评估产品的性能状态。性能验证的结果表明,受力薄弱区域表面硬度和显微组织可有效反映管件实际的性能状态。由此证明该方法可有效评判热压三通的性能状态,为高等级管件产品的性能评判提供参考。
Using ABAQUS finite element method and stress testing method, the stress distribution law and the area of weak stress in high-grade P92 steel hot-tee are simulated. The non-destructive multi-zone hardness metallographic examination was used to evaluate the performance of the product. The results of performance verification show that the surface hardness and microstructure of the weak areas can effectively reflect the actual performance of the pipe. This proves that this method can effectively judge the performance status of the hot tee and provide a reference for the performance evaluation of the high grade tubular products.
