二十一世纪的幼儿教育方式,是以幼儿为本、幼儿为先的教育,是主体性、发展性、能动性的教育,亦是以人的素质提高、促进社会进步的教育。在创造一个促进幼儿的主动学习与和谐发展的教育环境中,幼儿教师的角色必然会发生重大的变化。经过多年的探讨、思考和实践,最终形成了别具一格的教师角色理念,包括倾听者、合作者、伙伴,儿童学习的支持者、引导者、研究者和学习者。我认为,在自主性游戏中最主要的是教师应学会观察,充分发挥观察的效用,巧做观察者、乐做“局外人”是非常重要的。
Early childhood education in the 21st century is based on early childhood education and early childhood education. It is a subjective, developmental and motivated education and an education based on human qualities and social progress. In creating an educational environment that promotes the active learning and harmonious development of young children, the role of kindergarten teachers is bound to change dramatically. After many years of exploration, reflection and practice, the concept of a unique teacher role has finally emerged, including listeners, collaborators, partners, children’s learning supporters, guides, researchers and learners. In my opinion, the most important thing in autonomous games is that teachers should learn to observe and give full play to the usefulness of observation. It is very important that they be observers and become “outsiders”.
