在新课程的实施中,品德教师一直在寻求能激发、提升学生学习兴趣的教学策略,在寻觅提高课堂实效的方法,“同课异构”教研模式已成为行之有效的重要途径。它能让教师在教学实践中以学生为源头,创出奇特的灵感;以发展为目标,引发智慧的碰撞;以合作为手段,展示集体的魅力。可谓异曲同工,硕果累累,别有洞天。
In the implementation of the new curriculum, moral teachers have been seeking teaching strategies that can stimulate and enhance students’ interest in learning. Looking for ways to improve the effectiveness of the classroom, the teaching model of “same-class heterogeneous” has become an effective and important way. It enables teachers in teaching practice to students as the source, creating a unique inspiration; with development as the goal, triggering a collision of wisdom; with co-operation as a means to show the collective charm. Can be described as the same song, fruitful, unique.
