昌九高速公路全长138公里,是福州至银川主干线的重要组成部分,因地处江西省中北部,故该区域“三多”现象较为常见,即春季雨水多、秋季团多、冬季冰雪多,为有效应对雨、雾、冰、雪等恶劣天气,提高快速反应能力和事故处置能力,打造安全有序的高速通道,昌九管理处在不断总结历年抗冰防汛经验,完善应急预案,定期开展应急演练,建立“一路三方”联勤联动长效机制的同时,以“五招”应对“三多”现象,不断提高应急处置能力,以实际行动赢得了社会各界的广泛赞誉。
