目的对流行性腮腺炎患者采用中西医结合治疗的方法及效果展开观察与分析。方法选取该院收治的52例流行性腮腺炎患者为例,按照入院的先后顺序,将其分为对照组与观察组,前者接受临床常规西医治疗,后者则采用中西医结合治疗。统计并比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果观察组患者的治疗总有效率为96.2%,显著高于对照组的76.9%;此外,观察组患者的退热及消肿时间相比于对照组明显下降,组间数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于流行性腮腺炎患者,通过展开中西医结合治疗,可有效改善其临床症状,大大缩短治疗的时间,值得临床重视。
Objective To investigate and analyze the methods and effects of using traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine in mumps patients. Methods Fifty-two cases of mumps admitted in our hospital were selected as examples. According to the order of admission, the patients were divided into control group and observation group. The former received routine western medicine treatment while the latter was treated with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine. Statistics and compare the treatment effect of two groups of patients. Results The total effective rate of observation group was 96.2%, which was significantly higher than that of control group (76.9%). In addition, the antipyretic and exfoliation time of observation group was significantly lower than that of control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion For patients with mumps, through the combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment, which can effectively improve their clinical symptoms, greatly reducing the treatment time, it is worth clinical attention.
