肿瘤流行病学调查结果表明,我国是食管癌高发国,全球的食管癌病例约50%,甚至有些年份>50%发生在我国。广东省潮汕沿海地区是我国六大食管癌高发区之一,而且还是唯一的沿海食管癌高发区,地区特色十分鲜明。1998年以来,立足于潮汕,我们实验室主要围绕Ezrin、Fascin、LCN2、LOXL2和DSC2等细胞骨架结合蛋白,在食管癌中异常表达的临床意义、功能、分子作用机制与分子调控机制开展系列研究。在本文中,我们集中于Fascin,同时结合其他实验室的相关研究结果,予以综述。
Epidemiological survey results show that our country is a high incidence of esophageal cancer in the world, about 50% of esophageal cancer cases, and even some of the year> 50% occurred in our country. The coastal area of Chaoshan in Guangdong Province is one of the six high incidence areas of esophageal cancer in our country, and it is also the only coastal high incidence area of esophageal cancer with distinctive regional characteristics. Since 1998, based on Chaoshan, our laboratory mainly focuses on the clinical significance, function, molecular mechanism and molecular regulation mechanism of cytoskeletal binding proteins such as Ezrin, Fascin, LCN2, LOXL2 and DSC2 in esophageal cancer . In this article, we focus on Fascin and review the results of other labs.
