由全国企业技术进步工作会议获悉,“新型淬火油槽设备应用”巳列入“八五”国家重点新技术推广项目计划,并由机电部郑州机械研究所归口。同时,机电部也将带有温度控制及搅拌功能的新型淬火油槽列为提高齿轮产品质量的技术改造设备。近几年来,郑州机械研究所为国内近十家齿轮生产企业设计制造了新型多功能淬火油槽,其中大部分设备巳投入生产应用,经过考核并与原有旧式设备对比表明,齿轮表面硬度及变形量均有明显改善,如湖南某厂生产的韶山6型电力机车齿轮,渗碳后采用新型淬火油槽淬火取得以下效果:①齿轮的公法线长度、外径、内径、全厚及齿厚的变形量较旧式淬火油槽均降低30%以上;②齿轮的表面硬度可提高2~3HRC;③齿轮在油槽中的淬火停留时间
