2010年7月召开的全总十五届四次执委会议提出了“两个普遍”的任务,全总十五届五次执委会议通过了《中华全国总工会2011-2013年深入推进工资集体协商工作规划》。当前各级工会正在加紧推进这项制度的落实。关于工资集体协商为什么谈、谈什么、怎么谈等问题,专家如何给予指导?工会干部是怎样认识的?在实践中,基层工会又有哪些先进的经验值得借鉴?应该如何完善相关制度?本期视点集中编发了这组稿件,希望对推行这项制度有所帮助。
In July 2010, the Fourth Executive Committee of the 15th CPC Central Committee put forward the task of “two universals.” The fifth executive committee meeting of the 15th CPC Central Committee passed the “All-China Federation of Trade Unions 2011-2013 in-depth Promote collective wage negotiations work plan. ” At present, trade unions at all levels are stepping up the implementation of this system.
