交通是统筹城乡发展的重要支撑系统。从统筹城乡的内涵出发,构建了以统筹城乡为目标的交通发展战略框架,探讨了统筹城乡发展战略的支撑点,由此界定了在统筹城乡发展体系中的交通发展重点。分析了三次产业与交通发展模式,提出了重庆统筹城乡交通发展战略的基本思路和战略重点;该思路从内外两个系统方面提出了城乡综合体系、三次产业通过交通对农村的全面带动的基本思想。
Traffic is an important support system for the overall planning of urban and rural development. From the perspective of overall planning of urban and rural areas, this paper constructs a strategic framework for traffic development that aims at overall planning of urban and rural areas and explores the supporting points for the overall planning of urban and rural development strategies. This will define the focus of transportation development in the overall urban-rural development system. Analyzes the three modes of industry and transportation development and puts forward the basic ideas and strategic points of Chongqing’s urban and rural transportation development strategy. The idea puts forward the basic idea of comprehensive system of urban and rural areas and the comprehensive promotion of the three industries through rural transportation .
