T细胞是免疫系统发挥功能的重要组成部分。其激活不仅需要外来抗原直接刺激 ,而且还需要细胞间通过表面分子相互作用传递的共刺激信号。CD4 0 /CD4 0L途径是除B7/CD2 8途径之外又一重要的共刺激途径 ,不只在正常生理状态下参与和维持许多重要的生理功能 ,多种病理过程往往由这一途径的失调或紊乱而发生。本文重点论述了CD4 0 /CD4 0L途径的重要地位以及干预该途径的潜在应用前景
T cells are an important part of the immune system’s functioning. Activation requires not only direct stimulation with exogenous antigens, but also co-stimulatory signals that are transmitted by surface-cell interactions between cells. The CD4 0 / CD4 OL pathway is another important costimulatory pathway besides the B7 / CD28 pathway, which not only participates in and maintains many important physiological functions under the normal physiological conditions, but also is often characterized by disorders of this pathway or Disorder occurred. This article focuses on the important status of the CD4 0 / CD4 0L pathway and its potential applications in this pathway
