近年来的研究表明:针刺内关穴可使心肌缺血性损伤时的左室内压(LVP)和左室内压最大上升速率(dP/dt_(max))得到改善。但临床及实验研究均证明dP/dt_(max)易受心脏负荷状态变化等因素的影响,因而使其评定心脏肌力效应的作用受到一定限制。因此,本研究在观察左室收缩压(LVSP)和dP/dt_(max)的同时采用左室等容收缩期时间——张力指数(tension-time index,TTI)为指标,观察了针刺“内关”穴对犬急性心肌缺血性损伤过程中左室心肌收缩力学性能的影响。
In recent years, studies have shown that acupuncture at Neiguan can improve left ventricular pressure (LVP) and maximum left ventricular pressure (dP / dt max) during myocardial ischemic injury. However, clinical and experimental studies have shown that dP / dt max is susceptible to changes in cardiac load status and other factors, thus making its role in assessing cardiac muscle effect is subject to certain restrictions.
