过去几年,毫米波研究活动有了增强,其原因是技术的发展和对能工作在各种环境条件下(烟、雾、尘、雨)或能进行专门的遥测的传感器要求的增加。我们对毫米波技术的各种应用正在进行研究,不过,其中的导弹制导、目标搜索和跟踪以及遥感技术,似乎对它的应用提供了最大的推动力。为了更好地表征毫米波和亚毫米波波长的传播效应(衰减、后向散射)、地面和海面的反射干扰效应、多路效应以及目标的特征,主要的测试计划已经开始执行。本文想简略地介绍一下元件、功率源和接收机的技术现状,并对上述测试计划进行一些讨论。在此基础上,较详细地介绍一些现在比较主要的应用。对未来可能的应用也作了一些估计。
In the past few years, there has been an increase in millimeter-wave research activities due to technological advances and the increasing demand for sensors that can operate under a wide range of environmental conditions (smoke, fog, dust, rain) or for specialized telemetry. We are studying various applications of millimeter-wave technology, but the missile guidance, target search and tracking, and remote sensing technologies within it seem to provide the greatest impetus for its application. In order to better characterize the effects of propagation (attenuation, backscattering) of millimeter and sub-millimeter wavelengths, the effects of reflection disturbances on the ground and sea surface, multipath effects and the characteristics of the target, the main test plan has been implemented. This article would like to briefly introduce the status quo of components, power sources and receivers, and some discussion of the test plan. On this basis, a more detailed description of some of the more important applications now. Some possible applications for the future made some estimates.
