框架结构基础和现浇板混凝土施工时,对伸出基础和现浇板的柱纵向钢筋如果不采取保护措施,容易被混凝土所污染,清理比较困难,且浪费大量的人工。保护措施一般采用塑料薄膜,但其不能周转使用,且塑料薄膜被风一吹,影响现场文明施工。为解决这一难题,我单位采取了PVC塑料管套钢筋的方法,收到了良好的效果,其具体做法如下。
