针对88.5mm厚度S355NL-Z35厚壁焊管用特厚板,研究了其复合微合金化、控轧控冷和正火热处理相结合的生产工艺,实施了工业试制。试制钢板屈服强度达到350~390MPa,抗拉强度达到490~525MPa,伸长率达到26%以上,-40℃常规及应变时效冲击功达到141J以上,Z向断面收缩率大于35%,探伤达到1级要求,实现了强度、韧性、抗层状撕裂性能、低应变时效敏感性等性能的良好匹配。
Aiming at the special thick plate of S355NL-Z35 thick-walled welded pipe with thickness of 88.5mm, the production process of composite micro-alloying, controlled rolling and controlled cooling and normalizing heat treatment was studied and industrial trial production was carried out. The yield strength of the trial steel reaches 350 ~ 390MPa, the tensile strength reaches 490 ~ 525MPa, the elongation reaches more than 26%, the conventional and strain aging impact energy of -40 ℃ reaches 141J or more, the shrinkage in Z direction is more than 35%, and the flaw detection reaches 1 Level requirements, to achieve the strength, toughness, anti-laminar tear performance, low strain-aging sensitivity and other properties of a good match.
