喷吸钻的反压间隙和喷射区负压是喷吸钻的两个重要水力学参数。如设计不当,会影响刀具的正常工作,反压间隙设计不合理,将影响进入切削区切削液的流量和切削液的冷却、润滑效黑,还影响进入喷射区的流量和喷射效应。若喷射区负压不足,会造成切削液飞溅,切屑堵塞,严重时造成刀具扭断。所以对喷吸钻的设计者来说,除了设计合理的刀具几何参数、刀具、刀杆强度外,设计合理的水力学参数也是很重要的。目前,国内多用经验确定喷吸钻的水力学参数,尚未见到系统的理论分析和计算公式。鉴于此,本文仅对两个水力学参数的计算原则进行了理论分析,并阐述了计算方法和计算公式。仅供设计者参考。

Therefore, for the designer of the jet suction drill, besides the well-designed cutter geometric parameters, the strength of the cutter and the cutter bar, the well-designed hydraulic parameters are also very important. At present, the hydraulic parameters of spray-drilled drill have been determined by many experiences in China, and the theoretical analysis and calculation formulas of the system have not yet been seen. In view of this, this paper only theoretically analyzes the calculation principles of two hydraulic parameters, and expounds the calculation method and calculation formula.
