利用超大规模可编程器件及含有FPEROM 的CPU 设计制作了小体积的逻辑检测与分析固件用于数字电路故障诊断。文中对逻辑检测与分析模型做了详细描述。该固件除完成74,54 系列常用的279 种组合与时序逻辑器件的实时检测功能外,还实现了逻辑器件的逻辑特征分析的功能。
The use of ultra-large-scale programmable devices and CPU design with FPEROM made a small volume of logic detection and analysis firmware for digital circuit fault diagnosis. The paper describes the logic detection and analysis model in detail. In addition to the real-time detection function of 279 combinations and sequential logic devices commonly used in the 74 and 54 series, the firmware also realizes the logic feature analysis of the logic device.
