利用一个以窄叶青 8号和京系 1 7为亲本构建的加倍单倍体 (DH)群体及其分子连锁图谱 ,对稻米淀粉粘滞性谱 (RVAprofile)各项参数进行了数量性状基因座位QTL分析和定位 .结果表明 ,稻米淀粉粘滞性谱 6项参数在DH群体中均为连续变异 ,各参数表征的性状均存在一定数量的超亲类型 .除了最高粘度受第 1 2染色体上的微效基因qPPK 1 2控制外 ,其他性状均检测到Wx主效基因效应 .因此 ,认为稻米淀粉粘滞性谱主要受Wx基因控制 .此外 ,对崩解值和消减值还分别检测到 3个和 2个微效QTL ,其中 2个是相同的位点 ,分别位于第 1和第 5染色体上 .
Using a doubled haploid (DH) population and its molecular linkage map constructed with Zayeiqing 8 and Jing 1 7 as parents, quantitative trait loci (QTLs) were studied for all parameters of rice starch viscosity spectrum (RVA profile) QTL analysis and mapping.The results showed that the six parameters of starch viscosity in rice were continuous variation in DH population and there were some super-progenies in the traits of all parameters except the highest viscosity Therefore, it is considered that the starch starch viscosity spectrum of rice is mainly controlled by Wx gene.In addition, the values of disintegration value and abatement value were also detected separately as 3 And two minor QTLs, two of which are the same loci, located on chromosomes 1 and 5, respectively.
