随着鞍钢生产发展,由铁路运输的货物,越来越多地转为汽车运输,额定称量不断扩大,由吨位30t发展到现在的100t。然而电子汽车衡的台面也逐渐加长、加宽,这样往往会出现偏载过多、受力点不均匀等现象,造成秤台倾翻、变形,而且汽车上秤台打滑、安装维护也不方便等问题得不到解决。为了彻底解决这些问题,我们鞍钢新钢铁公司计量厂对电子汽车衡的秤台进行优化设计,研制了由工字钢组成箱式型结构三节柔性连接的18×3.4m秤台的SCS-100Ⅱ型电子汽车衡。在鞍钢广泛应用,其效果良好,稳定性强,并一次检定合格,达到国家精度Ⅲ级的计量标准,为电子汽车衡的设计研究、应用提供可靠的理论依据。
