目的了解北京市消毒产品卫生质量状况,建立消毒产品质量数据库,为加强质量管理提供依据。方法采用随机抽样方法和通过SPSS进行描述性分析及假设检验,对北京市消毒产品卫生质量进行调查。结果 2006-2011年共抽检北京市319个生产和经营单位的658种(份)消毒产品,卫生质量总平均合格率为88.75%。658份产品分别来自23个生产企业、248家经营单位和48家使用单位。在抽检的产品中,消毒剂产品合格率为81.16%,消毒器械合格率为100%,卫生用品合格率为89.34%。消毒剂主要质量问题是有效成分含量不达标,标签标注的内容与卫生许可批件批准的内容不一致。卫生用品主要质量问题是标签出现或暗示对疾病的治疗效果。结论北京市消毒相关产品卫生质量整体较高,需要加强对化学消毒剂和抗(抑)菌洗剂产品的质量管理。
Objective To understand the health status of disinfectant products in Beijing, set up a database of quality of disinfection products and provide basis for strengthening quality control. Methods Random sampling method and SPSS descriptive analysis and hypothesis testing were carried out to investigate the hygiene quality of disinfectant products in Beijing. Results A total of 658 disinfectant products were collected from 319 production and operation units in Beijing Municipality from 2006 to 2011. The average health pass rate was 88.75%. 658 products from 23 manufacturing enterprises, 248 business units and 48 units. In the sampling of products, disinfectant products pass rate of 81.16%, disinfection equipment pass rate of 100%, hygiene products pass rate of 89.34%. The main quality problem of disinfectant is that the content of active ingredients is not up to standard. The content of the label is inconsistent with the content approved by the health permit. The main quality issue for hygiene products is the appearance or implication of the label on the treatment of the disease. Conclusion The hygiene quality of disinfectant-related products in Beijing is generally high, and the quality management of chemical disinfectants and antibacterial lotion products needs to be strengthened.
