笔者对５５例经临床资料、实验室检查，超声、ＣＴ平扫与动态增强及肝血管造影检查诊断为肝癌的病人进行回顾性分析。详细比较了ＣＴ平扫与动态增强的影像表现，探讨了动态ＣＴ扫描的特异性征象及其产生的病理基础，并为临床选择治疗手段和判定预后提供有价值的依据。关键词：肝细胞癌断层摄影术Ｘ线计算机ＣＴ广泛应用于肝脏占位性病变的定性和定位诊断。近１０年来肝脏的动态ＣＴ增强扫描逐渐开展，为探讨中晚期巨块型肝癌ＣＴ，平扫与动态增强的特点，本文总结５５例进行回顾分析，现报告如下：１资料与方法本组５５例原发巨块型肝细胞癌，男４８例。女７例，年龄：１９－７１岁。诊断符合１９９０年全国肝癌防治会议的诊断标准［１］。全部病例均经超声，ＣＴ平扫与动态增强及肝血管造影检查。５５例病人血甲蛋白（ＡＦＰ）检测，ＡＦＰ＞５０μＰ／Ｌ为阳性，ＡＦＰ＜５０μＧ／Ｌ为阴性。阳性者４８例。既往有慢性肝炎病史２８例，伴肝硬化２０例。５５例患者均经１～５次不等肝血管造影及肝动脉栓塞治疗，其中５例经手术证实，８例肝穿活检细胞学检查证实，余者在１～５年随访中肝内出现新的肿瘤、门脉瘤栓、肿瘤转移及门脉高压大出血等肿瘤并发症而死亡。ＣＴ扫描机为岛津５０００Ｔ型，矩阵：?
