目的探讨呼吸内科老年患者并发消化道肠梗阻的临床护理方法和效果。方法选取我院呼吸内科收治的老年患者并发消化道肠梗阻96例,按照随机数字分配原则分作对照组和观察组,各48例。其中对照组患者实行常规护理干预,观察组患者在常规护理基础上实行肠梗阻针对性护理。对两组患者的消化道肠梗阻症状缓解情况进行记录与分析。结果观察组患者的缓解率为95.83%,显著高于对照组的72.92%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对呼吸内科并发消化道肠梗阻的老年患者在常规护理基础上实行肠梗阻针对性护理,对于缓解其消化道肠梗阻有良好效果,并且能提高护理满意度,值得推广。
Objective To investigate the clinical nursing methods and effects of gastrointestinal intestinal obstruction in elderly patients with respiratory medicine. Methods A total of 96 elderly patients with gastrointestinal tract obstruction admitted to Department of Respiratory Medicine in our hospital were divided into control group and observation group according to the principle of random number distribution. The control group of patients with routine nursing intervention, the observation group of patients on the basis of routine nursing intestinal obstruction-targeted care. Two groups of patients with digestive tract obstruction symptoms were recorded and analyzed. Results The remission rate of the observation group was 95.83%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group (72.92%), the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion The elderly patients with gastrointestinal intestinal obstruction in respiratory medicine on the basis of routine care based on the implementation of intestinal obstruction targeted care for alleviating gastrointestinal obstruction has a good effect, and can improve nursing satisfaction, it is worth promoting.
