目的探讨多囊卵巢综合征(Polycystic Ovary Syndrome,PCOS)患者卵泡液中维生素D水平变化与体外受精-胚胎移植(In Vitro Fertilization and Embryo Transfer,IVF-ET)周期临床妊娠的相关性。方法选取首次接受IVF-ET治疗的PCOS患者61例,根据治疗结局分为临床妊娠组(A组)和临床未妊娠组(B组),采用ELISA法测定血浆及卵泡液25(OH)D水平,分析卵泡液中25(OH)D水平与IVF临床妊娠是否相关。结果血浆25(OH)D与卵泡液25(OH)D水平直线相关(R方为0.914,调整R方为0.913;P<0.05);A组与B组相比,血浆25(OH)D分别为(31.9±4.67)ng/ml和(21.11±3.31)ng/ml、卵泡液25(OH)D分别为(32.02±3.68)ng/ml和(19.76±3.37)ng/ml,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);卵泡液25(OH)D水平与临床妊娠密切相关[OR值(95%CI)为1.60(1.3~2.24);P<0.05]。结论 PCOS患者卵泡液25(OH)D水平可反映体内25(OH)D水平,卵泡液25(OH)D水平可作为监测PCOS患者IVF成功的独立因素。
Objective To investigate the relationship between the level of vitamin D in follicular fluid and clinical pregnancy in vitro fertilization and Embryo Transfer (IVF-ET) in patients with Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS). Methods Sixty-one patients with PCOS who were treated with IVF-ET for the first time were divided into clinical pregnancy group (A group) and clinical non-pregnant group (B group) according to the treatment outcome. The levels of 25 (OH) D in plasma and follicular fluid , Analysis of follicular fluid 25 (OH) D levels and IVF clinical pregnancy related. Results Plasma 25 (OH) D was linearly correlated with follicular fluid 25 (OH) D level (R = 0.914, adjusted R = 0.913; P <0.05) (32.02 ± 3.68) ng / ml and (19.76 ± 3.37) ng / ml were (31.9 ± 4.67) ng / ml and (21.11 ± 3.31) ng / ml, respectively (P <0.05). The level of 25 (OH) D in follicular fluid was closely related to clinical pregnancy [OR (95% CI: 1.60, 1.3-2.24; P <0.05]. Conclusions The level of 25 (OH) D in follicular fluid of PCOS patients can reflect the level of 25 (OH) D in follicular fluid and the level of 25 (OH) D in follicular fluid can be used as independent factor to monitor the success of IVF in PCOS patients.
