由于早产儿激素调控功能与胃肠运动功能均未发育成熟,在早期喂养过程中极易出现胃肠动力障碍,症状主要表现为腹胀,胃潴留及胃食管反流等[1]。其不但影响患儿的身体生长发育,延长住院时间、静脉营养时间,而且还增加患儿父母的经济负担及患儿痛苦。红霉素属胃动素受体激动剂,具有良好的胃动素样作用,可有效促进胃肠运动[2]。本组通过对安阳市人民医院儿科收治的104例早产儿资料进行回顾性分析,旨在分析红霉素对早产儿早期喂养疗效。现总结报告如下。1资料与方法
