年前,卢湾区委研究室对区属工、商企业党务干部的配备与机构设置进行了调查.感到区属企业党的工作亟待调整和加强. 一、情况: 1、党务干部配备不足.全区工、商企业系统共有职工45942名,其中党员3169名.目前,基层和公司一级共有专职党务干部135人,占职工总数的0.29%,占党员总数的4.26%;另有兼工会及精神文明建设、武装保卫等思想政治工作类的党务干部43人,与专职党务干部数合计占职工总数的O.38%,占党员总数的5.61%;还有兼任行政领导职务及兼其它行政工作的党务干部241人,合计各类专职、兼职的党务干部共有419人,占全区企业职工总数的0.9%,占全区党员人数的7.6%.不少企业反映专职的党务工作者
