目的:讨论震后伤残青少年的心理危机干预。方法:对11名5.12地震伤残青少年采用以来访者为中心,认知行为疗法,家长团队干预等方法对其进行危机干预。结果:伤残青少年的情绪,认知,行为发生改变,促进孩子的自我成长。结论:对地震伤残住院青少年采取综合的心理危机干预方法,对青少年今后良好的自我形成和提高对应事件的应对能力大有补益。
Objective: To discuss psychological crisis intervention of disabled youth after earthquake. Methods: Eleven 5.12 earthquake-disabled adolescents were intervened in a crisis-oriented manner using interviews with visitors, cognitive behavioral therapy, and parental team intervention. Results: The disability of adolescents changed their mood, cognition and behavior and promoted their self-growth. Conclusion: Adopting a comprehensive psychological crisis intervention method for adolescents with earthquake disability and hospitalization, there are many benefits to young people’s good self-formation and ability to respond to the incident.
