既有各种现代国际关系理论往往只是一般、抽象、泛泛地研究了国际机制的基本结构,但却无法具体、深入、丰富地研究国际机制的具体细节。因此,国际制度对于国际关系理论而言仍然还是一个有待进一步打开的黑箱。国际法学可以基于其对国际制度具体细节研究所具有的比较优势,帮助国际关系理论打开国际制度的黑箱,促进国际法回归国际关系理论研究议程,丰富国际机制研究的细节材料,提供国际机制研究的分析工具乃至评估标准,深化现实主义、新自由制度主义、自由主义和建构主义等不同进路国际机制研究的解释层次乃至解释路径。国际法学与国际关系理论的跨学科合作有助于更加完整地解释和预测国际制度如何影响国家行为和国际合作,进而有助于迈向更加丰富的国际机制理论研究。
Both existing theories of modern international relations are often only general, abstract and extensively studying the basic structure of international mechanisms, but they are unable to study the specific details of international mechanisms in a concrete, in-depth and extensive manner. Therefore, the international system remains a black box to be further opened up to the theory of international relations. International jurisprudence can help international relations theory to open the black box of the international system, promote the return of international law to the research agenda of international relations, enrich the details of international mechanism research and provide analysis of international mechanisms based on its comparative advantages in the study of the specific details of the international system Tools and even assessment standards, and deepen the explanation of the study of international mechanisms on different approaches such as realism, neo-liberal institutionalism, liberalism and constructivism, and even explain the path. Interdisciplinary cooperation between international jurisprudence and theories of international relations helps to explain and predict more completely how international institutions affect national behavior and international cooperation and thus helps to move towards richer theoretical research on international mechanisms.
