中国市场经济的发展给农业科研院所带来了严重的冲击,也为农业科研院所的人力资源管理提出新的课题。专业人才是科研院所生存发展之本,如何降低专业人才流失率成为农业科研院所的当务之急。通过针对性地分析农业科研院所专业人才的个体特征、总体特征,指出其流失的内外部原因,并在此基础上提出降低专业人才流失率的对策。
The development of China’s market economy has brought serious impact on agricultural research institutes and also raised new topics for the human resources management of agricultural research institutes. Professionals are the cornerstone of the survival and development of scientific research institutes, and how to reduce the rate of professional turnover has become a top priority of agricultural research institutes. Through the analysis of the individual characteristics and the general characteristics of the professionals in agricultural research institutes, the paper points out the internal and external causes of the loss, and on this basis, puts forward the countermeasures to reduce the turnover rate of the professionals.
