作者把在 K_3Fe(CN)_6——鲁米诺(Luminol)——H_2O_2化学发光体系中起催化和胁同氧化作用的 K_3Fe(CN)_6作为内充液,装于由光纤头与合适孔径的渗析膜所组成的小空隙中,制得了光纤化学发光 H_2O_2传感器。此传感器对H_2O_2的响应在6×10~(-4)~10~(-7)M 范围内呈线性关系,检测限为10~(-7)M,对4×10~(-7)MH_2O_211次测量的标准偏差为2.1。用此传感器测量由萄葡糖——葡萄糖氧化酶酶促反应所产生的 H_2O_2,从而测定了葡萄糖的含量,对人体血清中葡萄糖的测定和回收实验结果令人满意。
The authors put K_3Fe (CN) _6, a catalyst for catalysis and meso-oxidation, in K_3Fe (CN) _6-Luminol-H_2O_2 chemiluminescence system as internal filling solution, Dialytic membrane composed of small gaps, made of fiber chemiluminescence H_2O_2 sensor. The response of this sensor to H 2 O 2 showed a linear relationship in the range of 6 × 10 -4 to 10 -7 M with a detection limit of 10 -7 M and a sensitivity of 4 × 10 -7 MH 2 O 2 11 The standard deviation of the measurement is 2.1. Using this sensor to measure H_2O_2 produced by the enzymatic reaction of glucose-glucose oxidase, the content of glucose was measured, and the result of determination and recovery of glucose in human serum was satisfactory.
