为研究脱离汞接触后尿汞排出的生物学半减期和口服DMSA(二巯基丁二酸)的驱汞作用,分别观察了职业性汞接触者尿汞的自然排出量和服用DMSA前后的排汞情况。尿汞自然排出量的研究对象为碱性电池厂接触汞蒸气男工7名,平均汞作业工龄4.4(1~8.4)年。他们均因多次尿汞高于100μg/g肌酐而脱离汞作业。脱离接触时平均年龄29.5(20~40)岁。在脱离接触的7~11个月中,反复测定每个工人尿汞5~7次,首次测定时间在脱离后10~29天。
