认清形势加强力量当前农村图书发行工作不同于五、六十年代。那时.一个专职农村发行员,他只要有晴天一身汗、雨天一身泥、走乡串村、流动售书的“背篓精神”(这种精神应该发扬)就可以了。但是,现在的形势发展了,对专职农村发行员的要求也不同了,过去那种单纯服务型的售书方法,远远满足不了农民群众的需要。特别是党的十一届三中全会以后,农村起了翻天覆地的变化,农民对图书的需求也起了很大的变化。具体表现在:
