工业炉窑主要是指那些利用燃烧反应进行热利用的装置。工业炉和工业窑,一个大多是冶金和机械系统而另一个大多数运用在硅酸盐工业系统,它们统称为工业炉窑。在工业炉窑的能源结构中,主要使用的能源是煤炭,接着就是电力和一部分将燃油和天然气作为燃料。通常而言,工业窑炉若是燃油和燃天然气那么燃烧效率比较高;若是工业窑炉使用的是燃煤,那么在燃烧的稳定性相对来说会差一些,不容易将气氛和温度稳定。
Industrial furnaces mainly refer to those devices that utilize the combustion reaction for heat utilization. Industrial furnaces and industrial kilns, one mostly metallurgical and mechanical systems and the other mostly used in silicate industrial systems, collectively referred to as industrial kilns. In the energy structure of industrial kilns, the main source of energy is coal, followed by electricity and a portion of the fuel and natural gas as fuel. Generally speaking, industrial furnaces have high combustion efficiency if they are fuel oil and natural gas. If industrial furnaces use coal, the combustion stability will be relatively poor and the atmosphere and temperature will not be easily stabilized.
