过去十余年间的直接投资经历了快速增长。根据商务部的数据,中国对65个“一带一路”沿线国家的直接投资规模由2003年的2亿美元大幅升至2013年的134亿美元,占中国对外直接总额的比例相应由71%攀升至12.4%,年均增长率高达61.1%,明显快于中国对外直接投资同期496%的年均增长率。从传统基金会的数据来看,2013年,中国对“一带一路”沿线国家大型项目的投资规模高达249.2亿美元,占中国对外直接投资总额的23.1%。
Over the past ten years, direct investment experienced rapid growth. According to the data from the Ministry of Commerce, China’s direct investment in 65 countries along the Belt and Road increased dramatically from 200 million U.S. dollars in 2003 to 13.4 billion U.S. dollars in 2013, accounting for 71% of China’s direct foreign direct investment. Climbed to 12.4% with an average annual growth rate of 61.1%, significantly faster than the 496% average annual growth rate of China’s OFDI. From the data of traditional foundations, in 2013, China’s investment in large-scale national projects along the “Belt and Road” reached as high as 24.92 billion U.S. dollars, accounting for 23.1% of China’s total foreign direct investment.
