1991年12月7日由山西省科委主持召开了CQ型多功能起重气袋装置鉴定会,有14个单位的代表参加。该装置由太原铁路科研所、常熟橡胶制品厂和上海潜水装备厂共同研制。它利用背负式高压气瓶的压气给气袋充气,可把9.6～68t重物提升到20～52cm高度。在抢救列车颠覆、抗震救灾以及起重、安装等作业有广泛用途。会上审查了研究报告,进行了现场作业表演。与会者认为它的性能已达到实际使用的要求,同意通过鉴定。
December 7, 1991 chaired by the Shanxi Provincial Science and Technology Commission held a CQ-type multi-functional airbag device appraisal meeting, representatives of 14 units to participate. The device by the Taiyuan Railway Research Institute, Changshu rubber products factory and Shanghai diving equipment jointly developed. It uses the pressure of the gas cylinder to carry the gas bag inflated, can lift 9.6 ~ 68t heavy objects to 20 ~ 52cm height. In the rescue train subversion, earthquake relief and lifting, installation and other operations have a wide range of uses. The meeting reviewed the research report and conducted a live performance. Attendees considered its performance has reached the actual use of the request, agreed to pass the appraisal.
